How to Manage MailScanner Configurations in Cpanel
MailScanner Configuration Main Page (see
picture)
Here you are shown the current settings for your domain. You may change these settings using the drop down boxes at the bottom of the screen, next to the domain name. Click Change when
you are finished.
Email Blacklist/Whitelist Settings (see
picture)
Click Email Blacklist/Whitelist Settings to add and remove domains and email addresses from your lists. On this screen, you can enter domains (without the www. ) or email addresses to
block or allow delivery. Click Change when you are finished.
Mail from blacklisted domains and email addresses will not be delivered to you.
Mail from whitelisted domains and email addresses will be delivered to you.
Other Settings (see picture)
Click Other Settings on the MailScanner Configurations Main Page.
This page provides options for you to set your low score and high score settings for SPAM.
You can optionally enter an email address for your SPAM to be forwarded to another email address. Otherwise, please leave it blank. Do not set this email address to an email account that you do not own. Click
Change when you are finished.
